Privacy and how it works

Quidubi holds your email address, what you’d like to do, whether it’s in person or online, and an area, along with any details and preferences you choose to include. Online activities can include an area or be open to people anywhere. Use a town or broad area rather than a home address.

Who can see my entry?

Your entry is private to you and Quidubi. Quidubi’s operator can review entries to find compatible intentions, areas and preferences. Other visitors cannot browse entries or email addresses.

What happens next?

We’ll email you about possible matches. Nothing is shared with another participant unless you agree. There is no guaranteed match or response time.

Demographics and preferences

Choose “Demographics and preferences” beside “I’d like to…” to add your age, gender and a short personal note, along with a preferred age range, gender and any other preferences. Every field is optional. These details are stored privately with your entry. If another person’s preferences depend on demographic details you haven’t provided, we may need to ask for them before an introduction. You can decline to provide those details and skip that introduction.

Signing in and editing

We send a one-use email link that expires after 15 minutes. Confirming it signs you in for up to 30 days on that browser. You can edit your intention and area, verify a different email address, or remove your entry. Keep sign-in links private.

Storage and email

Cloudflare hosts the app and database. Resend delivers sign-in emails and receives the destination email address and message content. Quidubi stores hashed login and session credentials, timestamps, and temporary counters to limit unwanted email requests. Expired credentials and counters are cleared daily. The app uses an essential sign-in cookie and has no advertising or analytics scripts.

Removing your entry

Sign in and choose “Delete my entry”. This removes your saved entry, including demographics and preferences, active sessions and related sign-in links from the app’s live database. Hosting backups and email delivery records can persist under the providers’ retention policies. Temporary abuse-prevention counters expire separately.
